| CPS offers a number of different educational opportunties for medical students. | ||
|
First Year Students Students in their first year at UCSD School of Medicine may choose to ride-along with home care staff. Third Year Students All third year students at UCSD School of Medicine will rotate through SDHPC for one-day-a-week for four weeks. They will be exposed to both inpatient and home-based palliative care through the palliative medicine curriculum that was designed specifically for them by a peer. Electives Students at all stages are invited to arrange electives through CPS. With sufficient planning, a program can be customized to the student's needs. |
